Jo is an energetic and enthusiastic facilitator, executive coach and trainer specialising in leadership, management, communication and personal effectiveness. Having coached pressured executives in business Jo has developed an interest and skill in helping busy people manage stress and build resilience through training and coaching interventions.

Jo has significant experience across the media industry, and at very senior positions, including EMEA Head of Talent and Global Head of L & D, so holds natural gravitas and authority in her training and coaching, attracting respect and intrigue from her audience.

Jo has genuine passion in finding the talent in everyone and believes that to combine improving business performance with helping employees achieve personal success and fulfilment at work is a truly winning combination.

Jo holds BSc in Biology fuelling her interest in business psychology, as well as AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a BPS Occupational Personality Wave Styles Registered User.
