This year has, yet again, been one of change, turmoil, adaptation and unexpected twists. The war in Ukraine, economic downturns, political changes and the end of Queen Elizabeth II’s long reign in the UK and Commonwealth are just some of the many issues we’ve all had to face. The only stability is that we are increasingly getting used to the idea that there is no stability.
